1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using OutThink Technologies' Point of Sale (POS) software, QR ordering systems, API infrastructure, and related digital services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these enterprise Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Services

OutThink Technologies provides Cloud POS architecture, table-ordering systems, and operational software to Indian restaurants. Core functionalities include but are not limited to sub-3-second QR KOT routing and zero-MDR UPI payment intent integrations.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

As a subscribing merchant, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials and administrative dashboards.
• Ensuring the operational integrity of any proprietary or third-party hardware used in conjunction with our software.
• Complying with all local, state, and national laws regarding the sale of food and beverages.

4. Service Availability & SLA

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our core cloud infrastructure. However, OutThink Technologies does not guarantee uninterrupted access in the event of major ISP outages, local network failures at the merchant's premises, or scheduled maintenance windows.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OutThink Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or operational capacity, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
